For registrations with prescriptions or where the referring doctor’s name is provided by the patient during the time of registration, Vasan Eye Care can share the patient’s reports with the referring doctor for clinical purposes. Applies to all the registrations done through website, at the centres or during home visits.

Vasan Eye Care may also disclose or transfer Your Personal Information/ SPDI to a third party as part of restructuring or sale of assets or any such process. You agree that the said third party will have the right to continue to use Your Personal Information/ SPDI or other information, in accordance with this Policy.

User Discretion
